Genesis 5:1
1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the likeness of God made he him;

Genesis 5:2
2 Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
Did God call both Adam and Eve, "Adam"?
The phrase, "their name", is this reffedring to more than 1?

3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
What was the likeness of Adam like?
And what was the image of Adam like?
Is this different from the image and likeness of God?

4 And the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters:

5 And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.

Why do you think they waited so many years to have children? Didn't God command them to be fruitful and multiply?
What do you think their childhood was like?
When do you think they reached maturity?

If he wasn't, what would be the reason for mentioning his name instead of the firstborn?

Methuselah was the oldest man recorded in the Bible.
